General Election November 5, 2024
Michigan law provides for (9) days of optional in-person "early voting" ahead of each State and Federal election. Sandstone Charter Township and Spring Arbor Township will be jointly administering the election during the early voting period of October 26, 2024 - November 3, 2024. All early voting days are 9am-5pm with the exception of Thursday, October 31 with hours of 12-8pm. The polling place for early voting is 107 E. Main, Spring Arbor, Michigan. Early voting procedures are just like Election Day - each voter will complete a voter application, present identification, mark his or her ballot, and place it into the tabulator.
On the scheduled "regular" election date, Tuesday, November 5, 2024, any Sandstone Township voter who did not vote early in Spring Arbor, or by absentee ballot, may vote in person at his or her regular polling place in Sandstone. Precinct #1 & #2 will vote at the Sandstone Township Offices at 7940 County Farm Road, Precinct #3 at the Parma-Sandstone Fire Dept. at 297 N. Union St. Parma.
Additional information about early voting is available at Michigan.gov/earlyvoting or contact Kimberly M. Britten, Sandstone Charter Township Clerk, 517-784-4712, Ext 4.
